The way of the healthy life has become a hot topic among people, especially among the young. Living a healthy life has been playing an increasing important role in our day-to-day life. 

People’s opinion about living a healthy life vary from person to person. From my personal point of view, First, to keep physically healthy. I always do sports like running, playing basketball etc. Second, I keep in a good mood. What’s more, I have a positive attitude towards people around me.  

In a word, the whole society should pay close attention to the problem of living a healthy life. Only in this way can we will be better in the future.
